North East Commercial Property Show
The inaugural North East Commercial Property Show took place on Thursday 25th October 2007 at the Wynyard Rooms, Billingham.
Over 30 companies exhibited at the Show including leading property agents and developers, business centres, office furniture suppliers, recruitment agencies, specialist law firms, IT consultants and financial advisors to provide free and confidential advice to the growing business. The exhibition was the first commercial property show for the whole region and was aimed at businesses looking for their first premises or more established companies looking to expand.
Visitors to the Show were able to find out about available office, retail or industrial premises within the North East of England and source new suppliers of office furniture and stationary, telecommunication and IT systems, and financial and legal advice.
Dialogue Event Solutions is currently analysing feedback from this year’s event and plans to expand the exhibition to include seminars on property issues and business expansion.
